Now in our 3rd generation of bakers, The Pocobelli family run busy patisserie in the outskirts of Napoli. Specialising in Cheesecakes, semifreddi Torta, Gateau and Authentic Italian bakery goods. 10 years ago, Grandson Christian Pocobelli visited Glasgow and loved it so much, he decided to make this his new home. As a passion for Bakery runs in the family, he soon noticed a lack of quality, handcrafted cakes in the market. Everything seemed to be mass-produced cakes made from pre-mixes, obviously missing the true passion of baking! At Nonna’s everything is made from scratch using only quality ingredients following generation old recipes. All our products are freshly baked with passion ensuring a true taste of Italy, just the way Nonna intended. We produce to order, blast freeze and presliced, helping our customers manage their waste more efficiently . We are probably best known for unique Cheesecakes...Our secret recipe containing a unique blend of cheeses is what makes our cheesecakes the best in the market.
